Error: The server is not operational. is now returned after changing IP Addresses


We were using this web part without issue, until we changed the IP Address when implementing SSL.
I deleted the web part from the page, retracted and deleted it using Central Administration.
Then I reinstalled and deployed to the appicaition, added to the web page.
Does changin the IP Address have anything to do with this?

The Change Password web part has known issues over SSL.

Unfortunatly - that appears to be an SSL issue.
